Paddy McKenna Consulting (PMC) is a specialist professional support business dedicated to assisting schools and school sport associations in both national and international contexts. The consultancy works in partnership with educational leaders, boards and association executives to strengthen governance, enhance program quality and ensure school sport is strategically aligned with broader educational priorities.
The business is uniquely positioned to support school sport organisations through comprehensive program reviews, the development of clear and actionable strategic plans and the effective implementation of change management initiatives. Paddy McKenna brings more than 37 years of experience across primary and secondary school settings, combined with 19 years in senior leadership managing a large and complex school sport association in Victoria. This experience is complemented by the successful establishment and operation of his own consultancy business over the past two years, working with schools and associations across multiple jurisdictions.
Through this depth of experience, Paddy has a strong, practical understanding of the operational, governance and cultural challenges involved in managing school sport associations. PMC offers informed, credible and pragmatic professional support services, helping organisations build capacity, drive sustainable improvement and deliver high-quality sport and physical activity programs that serve their communities effectively.

MUSIC
The 2023 release of the ACCent on Music Documentary is a highlight of Paddy’s work with the ACC. This feature length movie documents the incredible journey for over 600 students as they prepared for the biggest night of their Music Education journey, culminating in a life changing performance. Proudly partnering with Curtis Reeder from CREED Media to deliver this incredible production.
THE ARTS
Paddy has successfully planned and delivered high quality Art & Technology Exhibitions over the past few decades, showcasing the amazing talent of the students from the ACC member schools. These events were held over several weeks at Federation Square, Melbourne, in conjunction with a talented team, including a brilliant Curator in Maria Tallarida and Department Heads from each member school.
SPORT
With over 37 years of experience in planning, managing and overseeing numerous sporting events, weekly sporting competitions and major sporting championships, Paddy has been widely acclaimed for his professionalism, knowledge and management skills, helping to create memorable experiences for participants, coaching staff and spectators across a range of sports and events.
LEADERSHIP
Developing future leaders has been a significant focus of Paddy’s involvement with schools over many years. Through his work with the ACC Leadership Programs, Paddy has empowered many young people to discover their own leadership qualities and style, and to implement their leadership skills within their own learning and through their wider community involvement.
